The Insights Discovery® approach uses a simple, memorable four-colour model to highlight individual styles, strengths, and the unique contributions people bring to a team. These "colour energies" – Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue – represent the different ways people behave and interact, shaping how and why they act the way they do.

The Insights Discovery® tool is suitable for individuals at all levels, equipping them with the self-awareness needed to thrive in any role — whether that’s personal growth, collaborating within a high-performing team, or leading others with genuine authenticity. Booking and Payment Terms
  • For optimal learning experiences, we recommend workshops of no more than 12 participants, though our elevate programmes can be scaled for organisation-wide implementation.
  • We generally book at least one month in advance.
  • The booking will be secured once the booking form and contract have been returned to us.
  • The “per attendee toolkit cost” carries a production cost to us once the booker returns the booking form, so this cost is still payable if the training course is later cancelled by the booker.
  • Please note that late cancellation fees are charged and are detailed in our booking form and contract of services.
