Habits For Health 12-week Programme
Habits for Health is an easy to follow employee wellbeing programme designed to integrate positive wellbeing habits into your teams everyday life and propel them towards their optimal wellbeing goals.
Employees are guided through the programme via the My Wellbeing People Account online learning platform. Starting with an expectations video, they will then have the option to complete the twelve weekly sessions, or choose a topic that resonates with them and go at a pace that suits their lifestyle.
Each module consists of learning videos with built in coaching support as well as, 1% habit change tasks (progress experiments), downloadable resources and recipes.

The Self-Aware Leader is Insights’ solution for developing great leaders at all levels of an organisation.
